Welcome to The Thread Grant Program. By applying for and participating in the Grant Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
• The Grant Program is open to talent agencies that operate with the following currencies, USD, CAD, GBP, AUD.
• Only one application per agency is permitted.
2. Application Process
• Applications must be submitted through the official application form available on The Thread’s website• All required information must be provided accurately. Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.
3. Selection and Notification
• Winners will be selected based on the criteria set forth by The Thread’s selection committee.
• Selected agencies will be notified via email within 5 days of the application deadline.
4. Grant Benefits
• Selected agencies will receive six months of complimentary access to The Thread.
• Access includes all standard features and support services provided to paying clients.
5. Usage and Conduct
• Grant recipients must use The Thread in accordance with its intended purpose and adhere to all usage guidelines and policies.
• Any misuse or abuse of the platform may result in termination of access.
6. Feedback, Testimonials, and Participation
• Recipients are required to provide feedback on their experience with The Thread.
• As a condition of the grant, recipients agree to provide testimonials or participate in case studies as requested by The Thread.
• This may include written testimonials, video testimonials, and interviews.
• The Thread may use these testimonials and case studies for promotional purposes, including on its website, social media, and marketing materials.
7. Renewal and Continuation
• At the end of the six-month grant period, recipients have the option to continue using The Thread as paying clients.
• Standard subscription rates will apply after the grant period unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Confidentiality
• Recipients must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the grant period.
• The Thread will also protect the confidentiality of recipients' data in accordance with its privacy policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
• The Thread is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or other problems that may arise during the grant period.
• The grant is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
10. Modification and Termination
• The Thread reserves the right to modify or terminate the Grant Program at any time without prior notice.
• Recipients will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Thread operates.
